Ranger Wrestling Club Advanced Youth Coach, Mental Mindset Coach, USA Wrestling Leader, Bronze Level Certified Coach and a former Virginia State Champion.

National Team Virginia Coach Freestyle(Men’s & Women’s), 2019 Schoolboy Assistant Coach, Former Fauquier High School Assistant Coach(two stints) where he helped guide Fauquier to 5 District Titles, 5 Regional Titles, and a 2020 State Championship. He now Coaches Ranger WC Elementary and Middle School teams and privately trains multiple wrestlers in Virginia and the East Coast. Coach Atwell has coached several Scholastic All Americans, Fargo All Americans, State Champions, and has helped many accomplish their dreams to wrestle at the next level.
