Atwell Trained is dedicated to developing young men and women both on & off the mat. Through offering private training sessions in the local and surrounding areas, Coach Atwell is able to forge the path for athletes to unlock their true potential and become their best. Coach Atwell maximizes each wrestler's skill set by providing expertise in both the mental and physical areas of wrestling and will teach the core values of what it takes to live a Champion style life. Coach Atwell has built Multiple State Champions, Scholastic All Americans, Fargo All Americans, Super 32 place winners, and guided multiple wrestlers to the the NCAA level. SCHEDULE A SESSION
The first trial session will be focused on assessing the athlete’s strengths and weaknesses. Sessions start in 1-hour increments.
